We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we make returns straightforward.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without giving an explanation. To exercise this right, email us within 14 days of receipt at support@yourdomain.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
- For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery
How to Return
- Email support@yourdomain.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address
- Send items back using a tracked postal service and keep your proof of postage

- Change of mind: Return postage is at your cost
- Faulty or incorrect items: We cover return postage — contact us first
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Email us at support@yourdomain.com within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
