Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us at support@yourdomain.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing, but we will do our best.

I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, email us with the email address you used to order and we'll look into it.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping takes 1–3 business days. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — standard shipping is free on all orders over £50.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in line with UK consumer law.

How do I start a return?
Email support@yourdomain.com with your order number. We'll guide you through the process. Full details in our Returns Policy.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.

Sizing

What sizing do you use?
All our products are listed in UK sizing. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If in doubt, size up.

The item didn't fit — can I exchange it?
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order in the correct size. Return postage for fit/sizing issues is at the customer's cost.

Products

Are your products good quality?
We carefully select all products from vetted suppliers and order samples ourselves before listing. If you receive something that doesn't meet expectations, contact us and we'll make it right.

Why does the colour look slightly different in person?
Colours can appear slightly different on screen depending on your display settings. We aim to use accurate product photography, but minor variations are normal.
